PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ship plates are hot-rolled steel plates used to manufacture hull structures according to the requirements of the classification society's construction specifications.

Structural steel for hulls is divided into strength levels according to its minimum yield point: general strength structural steel and high strength structural steel. Ship plates refer to hot-rolled steel plates used to manufacture hull structures produced according to the requirements of the classification society's construction specifications. General strength structural steels according to the China Classification Society's specifications are divided into four quality grades: A, B, D, and E (i.e. CCSA, CCSB, CCSD, and CCSE); high strength structural steels according to the China Classification Society's specifications are divided into three strength grades and four quality grades.

General strength hull structural steels are divided into four grades: A, B, D, and E. The yield strength (not less than 235N/mm^2) and tensile strength (400-520N/mm^2) of these four grades of steel are the same, but the impact energy at different temperatures is different;

High strength hull structural steels are divided into strength grades according to their minimum yield strength, and each strength grade is divided into four grades: A, D, E, and F according to their impact toughness.
